World renowned pipemaker Michael Mac Harg has been making pipes for nearly 40 years and specializes in custom built Scottish Highland bagipes, Scottish Smallpipes and other European bagpipes and related instruments. A custom set of MacHarg bagpipes exists in just about every corner of the world. In his Vermont workshop he restores and repairs sick bagpipes of all kinds.

"I want my sets aesthetically pleasing to the eye as well as performing to the highest musical standards." Over the years he has extended his line of products, as he has broadened his musical horizons, thanks to friends, colleagues, travels and endless research.
